Tasks

  • Supervise staff, trainees or volunteers
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintain supplies
  • Issue receipts and other forms
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met
  • Participate in fundraising activities
  • Schedule events, programs and activities
  • Review documents, briefs and reports
  • Prepare sales, rental or leasing contracts
