*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over short or long distances while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. *Duties* * Safely operate trucks to transport goods and materials between locations * Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle * Load and unload cargo following proper procedures * Plan routes to meet delivery schedules * Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and coworkers effectively * Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws * Maintain accurate driving logs and records *Experience* * Experience in commercial driving is preferred * Ability to handle heavy lifting and moving of goods * Familiarity with warehouse operations * Excellent communication skills * Knowledge of forklift operation is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour Flexible language requirement: * English not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * delivery driving: 1 year (preferred) Language: * French (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Class 5 Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationMontréal, QC
