Bell MTS is relocating many of its jobs from Brandon to Winnipeg and laying off almost 30 people in the move. Workers were offered the option to voluntarily retire with a payment package or relocate to Winnipeg on February 21 with 30 days to decide. Positions that end in Brandon will not be replaced.
