QcGoldtech, a cannabis processing company in Saint-André-Avellin, laid off 18 people
Vegpro, a company specializing in producing lettuce, could receive up to $8.7M in subsidies for its greenhouse project in Sherrington. The greenhouses should be operational in the spring of 2025. The overall project, valued at $140M, includes a packaging plant that will create around 80 jobs.
